Adult Allergy Group

AIM: To provide a focus for issues relating to adult allergy services, education and research as part of the Society’s overarching mission to improve the care of patients with allergies.

ACCOUNTABILITY: To BSACI Council/Executive Committee

PURPOSE: The group was established to provide a forum for discussion and promote the following objectives:

Allergy Services

Protocol development

Audit & Research

Training & Education 

MEETINGS

There will be an annual open general meeting, to coincide with the annual meeting of the BSACI, where all BSACI members, working inthe adult allergy, will be invited to attend. Additionally, there will be twice a year steering committee meetings, venue to be decided and could vary.

The meetings will be chaired by the group coordinator, Dr. Arshad.

The meeting papers will be circulated by email at least 2 weeks prior to the meeting.
