The European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI)

EAACI has been organizing Allergy Schools (AS), in partnership with GA2LEN and local organizing committees for numerous years. These AS have proven to be most successful and greatly appreciated, especially by our younger colleagues. You can find additional information on AS on our website: EAACI GA2LEN Allergy Schools

Every year, four to five AS are organized in different European countries. For example in 2009 Switzerland, Greece, Germany and Italy were host-countries. EAACI plans to continue to support four to five AS per year , one or two of them being of general character and two or three more specialized.

Regarding the AS of general character, EAACI would like to encourage your national society, as an EAACI Member Society, to consider getting involved in the organization of an AS.

If you are interested in organizing an AS in 2010, please notify EAACI before September 15th at the latest. Please send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , so that your project can be included into the provisional budget. The final decision on which AS will be supported will be taken by the EAACI Executive Committee in mid-November.
