Sponsoring a session
This year you have the opportunity to once again exclusively sponsor a session of your choice. The cost of this package is £5,000 (excluding VAT) and includes the following:
- Free Conference registration for up to two people
- 1 free 2x1 metre exhibition space
- Your logo next to session being sponsored in programme
- Details of your company and your support acknowledged in the final programme.
- Leaflets in all delegate bags

Stand allocation
The cost per square metre for exhibiting is as follows;

Tables
If you require a table for a table top stand, please let us know on the Booking Form. We are able to provide you with white table cloths as well.
Setting up & dismantling displays
Displays must be set up between 6am - 8am on Monday and not dismantled before Wednesday at 5pm. You will be able to set up on the Sunday evening, however, do let us know at least two weeks before the meeting if this is the case.
Boxes and equipment
Please ensure any boxes or equipment which are not used, are stored out of sight. If there is not enough space, please speak to a BSACI representative, as they may be able to store it in a room for you.

To Burleigh Court should be clearly marked with the senders name and addressed to:

Parking
There is ample parking available free of charge.
Staffing at the exhibition
The BSACI will allocate one free admission to cover your stand. However further staff brought in to cover your stand and those wishing to access the meeting will be charged at the normal delegate rate.
Food and beverages
Lunch, tea, coffee and biscuits are included in your fee. Should you wish to join us for the social events, please indicate this on your Booking Form where the cost will automatically be added to your invoice.
To exhibit please complete the booking form or email fiona@bsaci.org . The form can be completed either on-line or printed off and completed by hand.
All Prices (except social events) are subject to VAT. When you complete and return the Exhibitors Booking Form we will automatically generate a VAT invoice.
